With over 29 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, and Career Coaching, Varghese George leads Trinity Associates with a passion for empowering individuals and organizations. Since founding the firm in 2002, he has successfully delivered recruitment solutions across sectors like IT, Education, Construction, Pharma, and more — earning Trinity the reputation of a Preferred Recruitment Partner.
A Certified Career Analyst, Varghese specializes in personalized coaching for graduates and professionals, covering career planning, resume development, job search techniques, and interview readiness. He has conducted numerous training sessions and webinars for colleges and corporates since 2010.
Varghese also contributes to academia as a Board of Studies Member and Review Board Advisor, supporting curriculum development and institutional strategy.
